Message and data rates may apply. By enabling SMS notifications in the Loopz app, you consent to receive text messages from Loopz LLC regarding your caddie scheduling activity.
SMS notifications are strictly opt-in. Caddies who have a phone number on file may enable text alerts by toggling the "Text Notifications" switch in the Loopz caddie portal. No SMS messages are sent until this toggle is turned on. Your consent applies only to transactional messages directly related to your caddie assignments — we do not send marketing texts.
When SMS notifications are enabled, you may receive the following types of messages:
Message frequency varies based on your caddie activity. A typical active caddie may receive a small number of messages per week during the golf season.
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by toggling off the "Text Notifications" switch in your caddie portal profile. You may also reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at [email protected].
SMS messages are delivered through Twilio Inc., our third-party messaging provider. Your phone number and message content are transmitted to Twilio solely to deliver these notifications. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.

Loopz does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. We use your browser's localStorage exclusively to store your authentication token (a JSON Web Token) after you log in. This token allows the application to remember that you are logged in without requiring a password on each page load.
This token contains your user ID, role, and club ID — it does not contain your password or sensitive financial information. You can clear it at any time by logging out or clearing your browser's site data.
We do not use localStorage for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes.
Loopz is a professional software platform intended for use by golf club staff, members, and adult caddies. Our service is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
